As a child I had a recurring dream that I was leading people in worship; their faces were lifted up and arms reached high toward heaven. The peoples' arms would wave gracefully back and forth, back and forth. At times, the arms would appear to be palm fronds. The Spirit of the Lord was intense in these dreams.
A few years ago, a woman of God called me out of a crowd and prayed over me. She said that when she saw me, she received a vision in which numbers of people were worshipping, stretching their arms toward heaven. She said they then appeared to be palm fronds. I was amazed and thrilled! My vision had been confirmed! Then, almost immediately, my excitement turned to fear. No way did God want me, I thought. But He did want me...and I wanted desperately to move in His calling on my life.
